The visit to the store was very agreeable. The staff were attentive, especially Jonathan, who went out of his way to explain the different items and the differences within those items. an altogether pleasant experience.

Jack, Jonathan and Mark were all extremely helpful. We wanted an item which was on block earlier in the week and we saw it had become available online so we revisited the store and for our trouble received a small discount on the product in question which was much appreciated. Great value bedding too.

The Building is outstanding,very helpful,and very clean and we enjoyed walking inside the building.

The lady who served me was very very good at her job and knew just which bed would meet my requirements for my back problems. It was wonderful to talk to someone with her depth of knowledge, just so helpful. This is the second bed I have purchased from Dreams as I was very pleased with the service I had before.

We had the perfect amount of assistance, starting with our original visit late on a sunday afternoon - 10 mins before closing, we did not feel rushed and Cathryn was very pleasant. We returned on Friday evening and again were given a very good service which resulted in us buying the bed from her. Despirte the fact that we ended up making her late leaving she was more than happy to help and we were extreamly satisfied with the service.
