Dreams - Bedford

Hi l was impressed with the wide knowledge of the sales person (Cathryn). The Mamager was very god and available as and when needed. The other staff were also very goo and polite.

Jonathan went out of his way to be helpful & explained everything beautifully. Store was easy to get to & nicely laid out; clean & tidy. Jonathan's knowledge about the different bed options was very informative. A friend recommended me to Dreams as they had great service there a few weeks ago & I've already recommended Dreams to my dad who is thinking about a new mattress, so I'll probably be back in there with him very soon.

Very friendly but not intrusive member of staff. Showed good product knowledge and able to point us in right direction when our needs were explained. Ended up buying another product which we had not planned!

The Dreams employee was extremely helpful in assisting me to find the most suitable products for my requirements. He had very good knowledge of all the items I enquired about and was friendly, polite and courteous to me and my children throughout the whole time I was in the store. I have bought goods from this branch before and have always had super service. Thank you.

We were welcomed by James in Bedford and he was very helpful. He was keeping a helpful distance back so was not invading our space. We also went to bensons and the salesman there was extremely irritating which put us off from exploring the beds. James had the perfect balance of helpfulness, knowledge and a willingness to look at all our options. We found a great bed that suits our needs, and look forward to its arrival. We have never used dreams before but will use again.

The assistant in the Bedford store was very knowledgeable about my needs and showed me lots of examples which were relevant to me. He also showed me the special offers and not just the fully priced beds. The manager also explained thoroughly the mattress quality and as I was buying the beds for my children, I appreciated the honesty. They also accommodated my two young children playing hide and seek in the store (!) and didn't complain.
