Russell was very friendly and made the purchase easy and stress free. The store manager was very helpful. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends.

The Store Manager Mark was helpful but not overtly pushy which always deters me from making a purchase. He had a comprehensive knowledge of the product range and tried to match our requirements with the most suitable bed. Once we had a made a decision the order process was efficient and the offer of the 30% deposit up front made our lives easier!

Ease of ordering product I wanted

I visited Dreams not really knowing what type of bed I wanted. I was given plenty of time to look around the store before being approached by the store manager, Mark. I appreciated this as usually sales staff pounce on you before you've had a chance to look at the goods! Mark was very friendly and gave me lots of information but wasn't too pushy. He even gave me a full explanation about the recycling service offered. I like the fact that there is a period of time to trial the bed as I don't think I would have made such an expensive purchase otherwise.

Jack was very helpful and I didn't feel pressured into buying and felt at ease buying the bed

Staff member Nina, helped us with all aspects of our purchase and had a broad knowledge of the products and worked with us to find the right mattress and pillows for us as individuals.

The customer service representative was highly professional and informative. He did not push a sale at all but gave excellent unbiased advice, which undoubtedly helped us to reach a decision.

The Sales Manager, Mark, spent time explaining the product and understanding out needs.

in the last 18 months I have had 5 mattress's and have found them very uncomfortable as I have back and bone problems, the lady was very good at suggesting which beds I started with and explaining about them, she did not rush me at all which made me feel she was interested in my problem with health in helping me chose a mattress although the final say was down to me. I also liked the idea that if I was not satisfied I could change it in the time scale and only pay any money differents between mattress's.

Jonathan was very helpfull and polite throughout my visits too the store. He got me the best deal available and explained everything in great detail.
