I needed a bed and got one

I was given all the advice I needed and was not pushed into buying something I didn't need

I was very satisfied with the service in store at Interchange Bedford , i was served by Russell who made me very welcome and was extremely helpful indeed and made the whole process of buying a new mattress very easy with his knowledge of the stock there . What i wasn`t very happy with is that due to the computer system they have i wasn`t able to get a refund on my online purchase which i was upgrading to a better quality mattress when shopping in store . Further more when i contacted the customer support department i was told that i would have to wait 7-10 for a refund on my online purchase , i find this very inconvenient when the payment online is made in an instant by paypal , so why does it take so long to return it ??? So having paid a deposit in store for my purchase i now have a rather empty bank account until the funds are returned , i was led to believe when talking to the on line adviser that the sum would be returned to the card that is used to pay on paypal instantly over the phone .

Experienced and professional salesman who outlined all available options on the quality of bed and accessories we required. Very friendly and welcoming staff in the store who didn't pressurise us.

Although I had an idea of what I was looking for, the salesman Jack, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to point out and explain the differences between the produces I was interested in. He then left me to experience the mattresses and even provided me with a pillow more similar to my own to make the experience even better. As a result, I was able to make my decision based on really useful information.

Quick assistance. Knowledgeable staff. Able to purchase item and arrange delivery in a timely manner. Staff friendly.

James the sales assistant was extremely helpful, he gave us some very useful advice and even gave us some pillows so that we could try out the matresses as if we were sleeping home. He wasn't pushy and he had very good knowledge of the products he was selling. All in all it was James's attitude that clinched the deal as well as the price.

We approached the assistant, Jonathon and told him we needed a new mattress and could he assist us. Jonathon, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable on the various products available. HE WASNT PUSHY AND ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS.

Great assistant called Jonathan , who talked us through the various types of mattresses . He knew his stuff and answered all of our questions . He was friendly and polite and not at all pushy . A pleasure to deal with
