The staff member who helped us was super friendly and informative and there were so many different products for us to test

Jackie at the store and several other assistants were very happy to help me find the right mattress that I had ordered before and helped with pillow and mattress protector selection (particularly as I have allergies). Even though the mattress protector was not in the store they have kindly arranged for me to collect it at a later date and helped to select a specific date for delivery at my new address. The staff were very friendly and good cleaning and social distancing were in place at the store. Very impressed with the fast and stress-free shopping experience. Please commend the staff at the Kempston Retail Park Store on Sunday afternoon (25th April 2021).

The sales assistant was very good very knowledgeable very friendly very helpful the only problem is the speed in which your system places an order nothing on the assistant I would recommend Dreams to anyone, This is the 2nd time we have brought from dreames and 2 different sales assistant were very very good on each visit

I was very happy with the service that was provided. I was impressed with the device that predicted the mattress type that was the most suitable for me.

The assistant, Tilly, was very friendly, helpful but not pushy. She listened to our requirements and was extremely helpful. We did not feel rushed. The wooden bed we wanted was available but there' was little choice of wooden beds. The store was rather cluttered, pillows everywhere.

I have bought from Dreams before about 15 years ago. We originally went to Bensons for beds but the service in there was dire. We went to Dreams instead where the service from start to finish was exceptional Mo the Store Manager was absolutely amazing he listened to our needs and gave us a great service. We were really impressed and will definitely recommend to family and friends we will never go anywhere else again the service was good 15 years ago but was absolutely fantastic now.
