Dreams - Bedford

Very helpful staff and answered any questions we had satisfactorily.

We were served at the Bedford Interchange park Dreams by a young man called James. Afterwards the manager Mark completed the sale. They were both very polite and knowledgeable. They took time to explain about what was on offer and the relative merits of the beds. We are awaiting delivery at this time.

The colleague who assisted us welcomed us to the store, gave us all the information we needed about the products enabling us to make an informed choice and then completed the sale efficiently and in a friendly manner

Basically i needed a new bed asap the guy i spoke to "jack" was very helpful and was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right bed and mattress for my needs

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Listened to what I was looking for.

I was greeted by James when I entered the store and given a few minutes to start to browse before the assistant asked is I needed help. He wasn't pushy. He explained the divan beds and mattresses to me and left me to try before approaching me again to ask if I needed assistance. His customer service skills were excellent.

Went looking for an Ottoman bed. The store had a range of beds that met our needs, we looked at the two that interested us and purchased the more expensive of those beds, The sales man Jonathan was polite and helpful and not at all pushy which made our visit a pleasure

Nina was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the products and made choosing our bed an enjoyable experience. We were amazed at how quickly the bed could be delivered and Adrian & Michael that delivered the bed were extremely helpful and courteous.
