We had our two young toddlers with us and our sales assistant (Cathryn) was a 'dream' with them! She was also very helpful with our purchase.

I visited the Bedford store and was served by Kathryn. She was extremely helpful, listening to my requirements and making suggestions. She made sure we tried the mattresses out. The ordering process was easy.

We received very good service from Jonathan. He initially come over, gave us some advice regarding different bed options after listening to our requirements, and then gave us time to deliberate and said that he would be nearby if we had any further questions. He didn't bother us or push the sale. He was very helpful.

The sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. An easy, pleasant transaction.

The assistant (Jonathon) was immediately available to discuss requirements. After fully explaining different aspects of products and the colour code system, he allowed us to browse at our leisure. Refreshments were offered while my wife and I discussed the various options available to us. Then Jonathon was readily available to complete our purchase once we had decided. Everything was smooth, professional and friendly with no sales pressure.

Went into Bedford dreams, had thoughts of buying a mattress, ended up buying a new bed and mattress, didn't have much knowledge of products, Jack was very helpful, wasn't to pushy, just a brilliant visit, was treated very well highly recommend thank you
