Jonathan in your Bedford Store was extremely helpful and we couldn't have asked for more assistance. We were a little lost as we didn't know where to start when purchasing our new bed but Jonathan was very patient with us and guided us through the whole process where we were then able to try beds at our leisure until we required his assistance again. The lady that served me was so lovely and friendly miss Cathryn she showed me around the shop With in my price range and we found a bed divan that was perfect for me ,as I've been sleeping on the floor for 7years , I'm so happy that I've managed to save up to purcured a bed from dreams You are a lovely company ,and also your drivers and delivery ...as 3years ago my son purchased a bed from your serves and sd: mum best friendly company take there time to explain they delivered bed and also put it together for me . He was able to advise us about the products which helped reduce the time we needed to spend in the showroom. We were unsure what we were looking for but with a few questions Johnathan was able to dirrect us to the more appropriate mattresses for our needs thus enabling us to make a more informed decision without any pressure selling from him.
