I went in asked for what i needed - the staff understood exactly what i needed and the first product i looked at with tmy husband matched our needs. The colleague Jonathan was amazing - knowledge was great and showed us the extras and what the sofa bed offered -

The assistant, Nina, came up to us to ask if she could help, we explained what we wanted and she took us through various options, we took her advice and bought what we wanted. One of the items wasn't in the front of store so another assistant went round the back and brought it to us. We were asked if we wanted help to the car with the items we took on the day but declined. Overall the staff were friendly and helpful.
