We were approached immediately on entering the store - assistant happy to let us look around ourselves as that's what we wanted but explained the colour coding so that our visit made sense

The assistant (JONATHAN) was very helpful and explained all the necessary information regarding our needs. His knowledge was exceptional and much appreciated he gave us time to think it over and was around to answer questions as and when we needed, could not ask for a better assistant there was no high pressure sales just good honest recommendations and I must say he is a credit to your organisation.

The original items no one could give me a delivery date for the wardrobes but the lady assistance sorry can't remember her name think it was Caroline or Carolyn was extremely helpful and did what she would to find out but no one could help her with the information

i walked into the shop,I was approached by a member of staff,who asked if I needed any help,I said yes and after that it was easy as peasy, well pleased

Nina in store was really good. Very easy to ask her questions, she left us to it & then just caught up with us to ask how it was going. very good! prices were better than previous 2 stores also.

we were given time to look around were not hassled advice given when asked for very helpful with delivery dates and times,overall a good experience.

I were highly satisfied with experience at this dreams because I have bought good quality of product and I found what I was looking for in short period of time

The lady welcomed us and left us to browse for a few minutes. .we were looking for a mattress and a new bed frame.we liked the Tempur range of mattresses and cathryn explained how the system worked and encouraged us to try the different ones available. She was very friendly and informative. The manager even made us a cup of tea!

Jack our sales rep was very attentive, informative, professional and friendly without being over-bearing. He made our shopping experience enjoyable and he helped us a lot to decide on which bed/mattress by pointing out the element we should consider. So much so we had decided to visit two stores that afternoon, next to each other on the retail estate. The help and guidance we got was very good and we decided not to waste time going next door to the other bed provider... surely he is a great asset to DREAMS
