I had time spent with me from the sales assistant to ensure I got the bed I wanted. I had been given some misinformation from the online chat , but the assistant sorted it out to my satisfaction. I chose the bed from Dreams even though a lot more expensive than rival shops as I felt the quality maybe better. But felt more could have been done on the price as I nearly did go to the competition. But my health did not want me to shop anymore.

Plenty of products to look at in the Bedford branch, however, before going there we went to the Stevenage branch and the selection was very poor and the store was rubbish.

I had the option of buying my mattress online and saving money but I felt the service I received in store warranted me making the purchase there and then. It's a shame that the store has to compete with online. It would have worked out cheaper for me to buy online which makes no sense to me as it's all the same company. This I think should be addressed so as to ensure that the stores are not loosing out on the sales they deserve. If I had had bad service I wouldn't have cared quite so much.
