Found what we needed, ably assisted by staff.

Sales person was wery helpfull let us spend as much time as we needed

I was seen straight away, no waiting very helpful assistant the quickest I can shop the better. It was a shame I had to pay extra for a sat delivery, the sat I was at home there wasn't a delivery.

Details of the different beds were explained to us and we were left to browse and try out beds at our leisure. We were not pressurised in any way and felt comfortable with the sale assistant. Service of ordering was first class. Would have liked an earlier delivery date though!

Russell, the sales represantive was very switched on and put himself out to listen to my needs,

We were approached by sales assistant Jack , he asked if he could help , explained all the products clearly . He then left us to try all the different mattresses and came back for further advice , without being too pushy . We then decided to buy a mattress and his customer service was so friendly , professional and it was a very pleasant experience .
