Cathryn was very helpful, not pushy, asked the correct questions & gave helpful advice.

It was clean and was not over cluttered so could look at each product properly

the salesman, Jonathan, was friendly and well informed. The guys who delivered the bed advised me in advance, as promised, of the delivery time (actually they were early) were also friendly and went further than they needed to have one by putting back the over-mattress and the electric blanket

whislt visiting the bedford branch, we were taken care of by Russell, who could not have been more helpful. His approach to customer service was a breath of fresh air. he was welcomming, knowledgable and extremely courteous. my wife and I purchased a mattress for our own house, and we also bought a mattress for my Wife's mother, on a seperate receipt. the care and attention he showed towards us as a family, was commendable. We felt like we had known him for years, almost like a family member, and that is a quality that he could pass on to others because he made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. This experience will encourage us to come back to the Bedford branch for all our future requirements.

I visited the store a few weeks ago and Cathryn gave me some very useful advice. My husband and I returned to purchase a bed and Cathryn immediately recognised me. She was most informative about the products. She helped us make an informed decision in a professional but also fun way. As well as her own personality the staff training must be excellent and I would hope to see her if I was to return for future purchases.

From entering the store the assistant instantly understood what we were looking for and gave us options to choose. Her advise was excellent and I imagine as very knowledgeable had been serving the public for some time

We had expert advice, were able to lie on the beds which was only marred by other customers hogging the beds we wished to lie on! We were offered a coffee and given time to talk between ourselves without the sales manager, (Mark), hovering whilst we made up our minds - this was essential. He was then on hand to help once we were ready to make our purchase.

Knowledgeable and friendly member of sales staff. No hassle in arranging finance. Even got a cup of tea during the process!
