The adviser was excellent.

Time taken to find what I wanted . I was given measurements Tec to be able to make sure bed would fit in the required space

I went into the store to purchase a mattress, I had all the different options explained to me, and recommendations made. I was given as long as I liked to lay on the beds and make a decision.

The service from the salesman was very good.

Cathryn was very Friendly Helpful,we were not rushed, my husband is disabled in a wheelchair, Cathryn made sure the gangways were clear for Rob to turn in his chair. We both said what a very nice lady she was. Rob wanted to use the toilet it was very clean,disabled to Hooray,very good access, hot water, soap, & clean towel.First class. Service with a smile, that goes a long way, keep the customer care like that.

When entering the shop there was no pressure from the staff but they were attentive and helpful when required without being to forceful, the comfort and specification that we were looking for was more important to the staff than the sale which made it more meaningful and comfortable to shop for us. Also the staff memeber with very helpful and gave us the information required and then slipped away to let us discuss this and check oout the beds and then would return to see if we required any additional information.

Firstly, we had not been in the store long when we we were approached by Nina. She was great. She had a good balance between product knowledge, allowing us time to think about the options and she was pleasant. Secondly, we did not take too long to choose a product that suited us and were impressed with what was on offer. The pricing seemed high, but because nina had given us the confidence that we were buying the right thing we were not inclined to shop around. We did actually pop next door, but were not impressed! The order was done telephonically and handled very well by Cathy. In fact my wife and I have no criticism of our experience thus far. Thanks guys

The staff where available when needed and didn't linger when not
