Jonathan was very friendly and helpful and had knowledge of products so could give useful advice. Very pleasant manner and helped to get best deal for us.

The manager was understanding,he listened to us and was most helpful in all respects. We have experienced nightmare situations with a new mattress purchased at another store and all our concerns were allayed!

We knew what we wanted and after speaking to the assistant he was able to show us a variety of beds within the paremeters we wanted. He answered all of our questions with no hesitation. Everything was professional, friendly and efficient from start to finish.

Store nicely set out. Our assistant was very helpful with a no nonsense approach which was refreshing.

The staff member showed me the exact type of bed that I was interested in and explained all that I wanted to know. He took the time to explain the different types of mattresses without being pushy. I was given all the information and was able to leave the store without feeling pushed into a sale. I visited the store the following day to place the order and was given the same high service from the same person.

I was very impressed with the service I received which was polite and patient as I had a particular issue regarding destructive pets. The salesmen was particularly helpful as advantages and disadvantages required consideration on the preferred beds I was viewing. Nothing was too much trouble and added benefits were explained and offered.

A very good choice of beds to choose from. The type of beds were clearly labelled and therefore it was easy to find what we were looking for. The way the beds were displayed was user friendly. Most importantly though the sales assistant pitched his selling technique 100 in the right way. We were not pounced on the minute we arrived, we were left to browse, but as soon as we looked for help he was there. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any technical questions we had, without trying to persuade us to buy a particular bed. He also listened intently to our views and our queries and had not hesitation in leaving us to consider the information he had provided, which meant that it was not a rushed decision and we had time to think. We were dreading the normal 'sales person' experience, which could have put us off of spending so much money, but we were pleasantly surprised and found exactly the opposite, supportive but no pressure. Would definitely recommend this particular salesman and therefore Dreams as an organisation.
