I have a disabled daughter Lisa and I was so pleased with the price of the adjustable bed.Also Mark knew about the VAT exempt form and knew about me having the blue badge for Lisa. So thank you for having good and friendly staff.......also he remembered that I had bought a sofa bed so I also arranged the delivery of that item. Order under the name Salisbury I have power of attorney for my daughter Lisa.

We were assisted and greeted as soon as we walked through the front door. Cathryn - Sales Advisor was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us as we were deciding. As I had a stroke I had to choose the correct bed for me and Cathryn was a good listener and helped me choose the right bed for my needs.

We visited the Bedford (Interchange Retail Park) store and were served by a worker named Mark; he was very helpful and friendly in his approach to helping us with our mattress needs. We mentioned that we had identified a mattress online and rather than saying that we would have to look online for this particular mattress, he took us to the internet-TV within the store and helped look for this mattress. Mark also gave us options to make our shopping experience easier. When it came to closing the sale, Mark was very patient in how he dealt with us - as we did have a 2 1/2 yr old running around! - and our numerous questions; overall, Mark provided us with a very good service that we would recommend to friends and family.

THE ASSISTANT JONATHAN WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AS I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE BED THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR CAME FLAT PACKED, ALSO TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN GET THIS PUT TOGETHER FOR ME, MY ORDER TODAY WAS ONLY FOE THE MATTRESS AND I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE COOPER OTTOMAN TO COME IN STOCK AND THEN I CAN PLACE THE ORDER FOR IT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE THAT I RECEIVED TODAY
