Dreams - Bedford

We were allowed to peruse without being hassled but when we were ready to ask questions the assistant was to hand.

Dreams had everything we where looking for and we think we have got a very good deal. The friendliness of the sales lady called Cathryn was exceptional without any pressure what so ever to purchase.

Easy I new what I wanted been looking for a year. Dreams was the only place I knew I will find what I'm looking for. Quality, people working there very professional and helpful.

We visited the store as your web-site was very misleading for the item we required. We visited the store last year but were not ready to place an order that time as we had not decorated the room it is going in. I checked on line to see that the product was available. The web site indicated it was available, BUT, only in charcoal and teal !! We visited the store to check on this and found it was actually available in the coffee colour we wanted. As it was available in the colour we wanted we ordered one there and then. So we were impressed with the store and the helpfulness of the manager but we were definitely not impressed with your misleading web site - which could have lost you a sale, had we not travelled to Bedford!

Assistant was ver knowledgeable and helpful

I was extremely satisfied with the support I received and his knowledge. It was nice not be hounded. The assistant made initial contact and then left me to look and let me approach him when I was ready. It was good that I was able to chose a delivery date that suited my work schedule rather than me having to arrange extra time off work.

The service was impeccable and Jonathan made us feel comfortable and valued. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered all the questions to our satisfaction. He was courteous and offered drinks (tea/coffee) He was very fluent with his skills and job at the same time he gave us the opportunity to think and make decisions. I have always loved the service I have received at dreams and have been a regular customer at dreams.

I have shopped at Dreams earlier as well and each time I found the staff very helpful. This time Jonathan (the staff) was very knowledgeable and understood our needs and helped us in identifying the right product. Then he gave us enough time to decide about the product we want to buy. He was not pushy and did not try to sell his choice but made sure we bought our choice of product. He made use feel valued and listened to us. He offered coffee and tea and was very courteous and took excellent care of us from the time we entered the shop.

Cathryn was very knowledgeable and helpful. She spend time listening to my needs and gave me space to test out the mattresses. She was very approachable and the service was great.
