Jack, the sales assistant was exceptionally helpful and very knowledgeable. He took time to ensure we fully understood the nature of the different types of mattress and answered all the questions we put to him. We managed to negotiate a (small) discount.

Catryn the sales person made an initial approach then left us to look around, without the 'hard sell' Once we wanted assitance she provided comprehensive advice. Our only concern was the long lead time for the order

Cathryn Martin served my dad and I, we were very happy with the help and support she gave us with the best mattresses to the mattress sheets as well as bedroom furniture. We were even offered tea which was lovely.

Jonathan was very helpful on our first visit and sent us away with written details of the bed we were interested in. A colleague was very helpful when I rang up for more details and we were very well looked after once more by Jonathan when we returned to make our purchase.

Jack was exceptional in his knowledge, suggestions and support. Fast efficient service and his colleagues were also friendly and helpful.
