Jack was the assistant who dealt with us in the Bedford interchange store, in my husbands words "he was the most helpful assistant we have encountered anywhere for a very long time, he was very knowledgable, listened to our needs, not at all pushy (which is off putting) very helpful and polite, guided us to possibly what we needed, didn't rush us at all. All in all he made our visit very pleasurable and we would certainly use that store again. He deserves a big WOW. To be able to purchase a mattress and, if needs be, exchange it within up to 40 days is amazing, but I hope it will be just fine. Just hope now that all goes well with the delivery, but if other service is anything to go by, it should be fine. Thank you.

Sales assistant knew our needs straight away and pointed us in the right direction

Visited the Bedford store today to look into a new bed and mattress. We were approached by Russell who was very knowledgeable about the products and pointed us in the right direction of the type of mattress we were looking for. We were not badgered by anyone like you are in other stores. We were left to our devices but he was always nearby if we needed any help. smooth transaction and fast delivery available as the bed and mattress were in stock. Would definitely use again for future beds. Felt very welcome into the store. Russell was a great help and really is a credit to your business. He should be highly commended for his efforts with us today. Thank you very much.

Mark's guidance and product knowledge were excellent and he was patient whilst we were trying different beds. The range of beds was fantastic and it was very useful to be able to try so many similar beds so easily until we were sure with our choice.

Our assistant, Nina, was thoroughly professional. She listened to our requirements, showed us various options (explaining everything fully), was helpful in every way. Her manner was professional and friendly. Could not have wished for better. The choice of beds was more than enough - we changed our minds twice on which we preferred and spent a lot of time lying down for a good experience! Nina offered us coffee or tea when we were lying down, gave us a change of pillow (based on our comments about what we were looking for overall). We were offered, and accepted, coffee whilst placing the order - which included 2 of the pillows Nina had suggested for us. Excellent in absolutely every respect.

Mark the salesman was attentive without being pushy, he was very knowledgable about the products and was very patient.

Due to the assistance I received from Russell the assistant, who was very helpful and was able to point out things I hadn't thought of saving me from purchasing the wrong item.
