The staff members were lovely and extremely helpful in helping me choose a bed, mattress and pillows

We were left alone then some one offered assistance which after no buying a new mattress for several years we needed, explained all the differences between the mattresses so hopefully we have made the correct choice.

I was assisted by Mark, the store manager, was very helpful and was well informed about the products in store and the potential delivery dates for the different products. He was very patient and he answered all my questions and provided me with really useful information on the bed frames and mattresses. I feel that I have been able to make an informed purchase and as a result of Mark's assistance, I have purchased products which I am extremely satisfied with.

The salesman was very attentive & helpful & had a good knowledge of the product that we were looking to buy.

Jonathan, the sales assistant, did not push us for a sale leaving plenty of time for us to choose the correct bed. He explained everything when asked.

The sales man, Jonathan, was extremely knowledgable, understanding and helpful. He left us alone long enough to browse, helped us choose exactly what we wanted without being at all pushy at any time. The rest of the staff were a very happy bunch and joined in with our conversation and banter, I felt thoroughly relaxed during the whole process

Sales assistant had excellent knowlage of the products he was offering us. We were lucky enough to visit the store when you were offering 20% OFF which made the divan within our means, would have liked an earlier delivery as our bed is now very uncomfortable. The store was in easy reach of our house and easy to park.
