Dreams - Bedford

From the minute I stepped into the store (Bedford Retail Park) I was given great assistance. Russell was extremely helpful and attentive. The product was immediately available. Great price. Warranty was good and I had a mattress protector thrown in. Being indecisive as I am I immediately knew what I wanted. I was very well informed and left the shop feeling happy with my purchase.

We went to the store to have a browse and have a think about a good mattress for our daughter and decided that the value and ease of buying was too good to miss.

Very good service. Nina was polite and patient. She offered advice and information without being too pushy. She was also very sweet to our 2 young children and even gave them a drink whilst we placed our order.

Very helpful and found exactly what we were looking for

Instant smile and welcome from staff and very quickly identified my requirements. I was shown the mattresses that suited my needs and invited to try them. Once I had made my choice, I was soon invited to take a seat at the sales desk where I was relieved of the appropriate amount and given my neatly rolled mattress. Although not heavy, I was offered help and was wished a good weekend

All staff that were available were most helpfull. Was not pressurised at any time to perhaps look at a more expensive product. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and more importantly, understood I had a budget and advised me accordingly. Most greatfull.

I have been a customer if Dreams for the last 17 years. I am expecting my new bed in two weeks time. James and Russell at your Bedford store are really good st their jobs. James stayed with us the whole time, answering our questions. We spent a leisurely timr trying the beds.It was made easier with the coloured pillows showing you the beds ratings. All ordered and paid for on Sunday morning PLUS a first class cup of tea made by Russell. I have known him over the years I've ordered beds. I'm looking forward to my new Therapy bed. The assistant - Jonathan couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. At the same time he didn't rush us and gave us the time to browse.
