We came to Dreams on the off chance of finding something we liked. In the end we managed to find 3 potential beds. Jack helped us narrow our selection without pressuring us.

I was visiting the store with my disabled mother who is 91 and wheelchair bound. The assistant was brilliant with her and made the visit to order a new adjustable bed for her an easy and enjoyable event. She was very patient with my mother who is partially deaf and has the onset of dementia which makes her responses a little slow. I cannot praise the in store staff that day highly enough.

We were allowed to look around on our own without people keep coming up to us. Left to our own devices it gave my husband and l a chance to decide on the ones we were interested in. My husband doesn't do shops, but even he was impressed with the staff who were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Products readily available, assistance from Mark was great; he was not pushy, he asked once if we required assistance and then waited for us to approach him. Good choice of products for a variety of budgets. Once the products were chosen, completion of the sale and organising delivery date - which is less than a week, was quick and problem free. We had a good choice of beds to look at and we were able to look around without anyone bothering us. When the assistant came to us , she was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the products and we were able to make our minds up quite quickly. Considering my husband hates shopping, even he was impressed with the service we got.

Jonathan was very professional . Listened to what I wanted and wasn't pushy. No hard sell on additional products which makes a big difference to your shopping experience. Much more likely to come back to the store.
