Very professional. Lots of knowledge really helpful person that resulted in me leaving very satisfied.

Myself and my 7 year old son walked into the shop, we was looked at for a split second and then left to it. I tried a few mattresses out and then was approached by Mark. It was perfect timing, i hate being hassled as soon as i walk into a shop and i also hate having to ask for help. He judged my situation well, genuinely. I was then put in a positive frame of mind, shops/shop assistants normally make me feel on edge. Mark asked what i was looking for, i told him and he then explained. It was well explained. He then recommended a pillow, not because he was trying to get rid of it but because he obviously listened to something in which i had said. I then was brought two pillows, chose one and then was left to try the chosen colour mattresses out with my pillow. Luckily the shop was empty, however ignoring slightly embarrassing pillow carrying Mark was right to allow me to try the mattresses with the pillow. I then found the mattress that i wanted, however i was a few hundred short of the Mrs's budget. He then recommended a 0% interest way of paying it back, with this i can pay back when i want (within 9 months). He handled my energetic, attention seeking son well too. I was impressed

The assistant that supported me (Nina) was very helpful. I'd had my old mattress a long time and was getting painful backache and she carefully went through the appropriate options with me and help me test a number of beds.
