The Shop assistant was very helpful there was 3 of us and he took his time making sure that the mattress was the right one for us and was very professional and seemed to have a bundle of knowledge

Having not been in a bed shop for about 15 years we were pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer attention from staff - sadly lacking in a lot of retail units these days. Also impressed with the knowledge and patience of James
