The Shop assistant was very helpful there was 3 of us and he took his time making sure that the mattress was the right one for us and was very professional and seemed to have a bundle of knowledge

We had an idea what we wanted but the store staff explained things to us and helped us make out final decision. There was also 20% off our new bed too which we were not expecting.

The sales assistant was so knowledgeable and helpful. She spent time to understand our needs, offered us lots of alternatives and took into account the things we were saying. She made us feel valued
