James the sales rep took us all round the different types of beds and fully explained each one, a little star he was. Very good representative for your company.

Really quick service, asked what we were looking for and showed us everything that was available without a heavy sales pitch!

Jonathan was very helpful and was able to point us in the right direction of what we wanted. We had his full attention and he discussed the different purchase options in detail, so we knew what was best for us

The gentleman who served me his name was Russell was absolutely brilliant he understood exactly what we wanted and showed us alternatives he was extremely knowledgeable and so helpful he made the whole experience really pleasurable he is definitely an asset to Dreams

The sales team were courteous, and listened to my requirements and at no point tried to push me to spend more. They highlighted some offers and discounts that were availablr at the time of the sale and i took advantage of these discounts and a number of additional items that i was hoping to buy anyway. The main member of the sales team that i spent time with, Jonathan, was very personable and jovial, whilst maintaining a professional attitude. I felt respected and valued as a customer. The member of staff was on her own and there was another family looking around too. She was very very polite and knew her stuff. She made it easier for us to decide what mattress to purchase for our son. She was extremely knowledgeable and was not rushing to serve the other family. We would definitely buy here again for our other son.

I came in to purchase a cheap mattress. Our current bed is about 8 years old and the mattress desperately needs replacing. I am currently a student for the next 12 months, so we were looking to replace the mattress as economically as possible and then replace the whole bed when I'm working again. Russell was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to what I needed and he product I had been looking at and helped me to confirm my final decision.
