As pensioners we were shopping on a controlled budget and wanted the best value without compromising the quality. We were particularly concerned that we purchased a product that would suit our specific requirements. The sales executive was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us very competently but without making us feel as though we were being pushed to buy something outside of our price range. We are looking forward to the delivery and hope that our faith in the product is confirmed.

The assistant knew what her subject and didn't pressure me at all. Even against better prices I felt more at ease in your store and that made the difference. The whole process was quick a and easy.

My wife suffers with back problems due to a medical condition. Cathryn listened to the needs of my wife and advised with understanding and patience. We were assisted through pricing and making decisions and the store welcomed us back when we returned with wallpaper for the decoration to match around the bed.

Sales staff allowed us a few minutes to browse first before approaching us, we liked this more than the previous retailer who pounced as soon as we entered the store. Jonathan then explained what products were most suitable to our needs and again left us to check them all out and dicuss them privately. He then approached again to see if we needed further help, he read our needs well and took us through the whole process. Asking questions to personalise our order. For msny ýears I've been loyal to Dreams. Why?Well,they are the best. Beds are good quality. Staff especially Russell, whose been there for me for years are extremely helpful. Delivery is first class .Very proffessional.. PLUS Russell makes a good cup of tea.

I was satisfied by the help we got in the store. Russel helped us out a lot and answered any questions we asked.
