We were very satisfy with Jonathan service and friendliness , his approach was excellent , his advice on ours question was very knowledgable and helpful , we bought beds there before and the manager was excellent with his service , and that is why we went back to buy beds again at Benson for beds in Bedford .

Jack was amazing in understanding our needs for a specific matress especially because i suffer from a bad back whilst sleeping. He was understanding, made a cup of tea and gave me pillows to test the beds with to make it feel more like home. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and the store was immaculate.

Very friendly member of staff, their sales technique didn't feel pushy, but were able to inform me with the right information. They clearly had confidence in their prices and quality of product. Support from the store manager was needed and he too was similar with his approach.

Was advised which mattereses to look at and where to find them quickly saving me a lot if time. Wasn't pushed towards higher price range. Was given ample time to look before assistant returned. Despite all three computers being in use didn't have to wait as he did a paper transaction.

The sales guy Johnathon was very helpful, providing a great service! I would recommend everyone to go to Bedford Retail 'Dreams' We are looking forwards to our delivery :)
