Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable sales staff.

It was a good shop, nice staff, plenty of beds on show, staff gave instant attention, the shop was well lit and very clean. I was satisfied with the service.

Excellent product, reasonable price and helpful staff

The assistant, Cathryn, was personable, polite and willing and able to discuss our options in a helpful, conversational manner, without any apparent hint of simply wanting to make a sale. She invited us to try and re-try various options of mattress until we were satisfied at having found the one that felt most suited to our requirements as well as fitting our budget.

I was approached by Jack in the Bedford branch with a warm friendly smile he offered to make me coffee ( which was lovely ) his knowledge of the type of mattress and base I was looking for was first class, it was very refreshing to shop in a store and be served by a polite well presented gentleman, with good knowledge of the products he's selling, and at no time was he ( or any other member of staff ) pushy or uninterested which unfortunately one tends to find most other stores nowadays. Overall a enjoyable and refreshing shopping experience, I would definitely visit Dreams again

James was so so lovely and answered everything , James did not ever look fed up even tho I kept asking questions , he was so helpful and calm and not pushy in any way . James done a great job!

Excellent product knowledge and relaxed atmosphere

The lady serving us was very attentive. Had no idea what type of bed we wanted, she took the time to explain all the different types of beds and divans bedsteads etc. She offered us a drink which was very nice and then gave us some space to decide on the mattress. She was very informative and NON pushy.

This was the third store we visited-they did not have the range and the assistants were poorly trained. Nor did not have the product knowledge and lacked the friendly approach .It was refreshing to visit Dreams where we couldn't fault a thing. Congratulations !!
