Nina, was very friendly & gave use the answer's to our questions. She also let us have the time & space we needed to make our minds up. Nina did not pressure us, by standing with us, all the time, but was not far away when we wanted to ask a question, i like that. We have brought a couple of thinks from you in the past. I would have no problem with telling my friends about the good customer service your staff provide. A big well done to Nina

The sales guys was Very helpfull, no pressure salesman

Our assistant explained everything we asked him and was reassuring and caring. We also tried lots of mattresses until we narrowed it down to the one we bought.

we entered the shop look around was greeted buy jack who was very was very welcoming and ask if wee needed assistance we said yes jack help us through the whole process made us a lovely cup and we left the shop very happy and satisfied with jacks number service thank you very much jack

cathryn was an absolute star, she coped with a teenager wanting a new bed and a mum wanting it to actually fit in the room . She guided us with ease and her confidence and knowledge combined with warm and sunny manner was a winner. Didn't think about it but went ahead and bought. Usually I'd have gone home and thought about it all but I had total confidence in Cathryn and the products she sold.

Jack was very helpful in arranging my order and prompt delivery. Showed a range of beds, and expedited the transaction quickly and efficiently.

We were given help and advice with no pressure. We were expecting a lead time of 8-12 weeks but delivery is in 2 weeks.
