I was looking for a 4ft bed with my 17 year old son, he tried all the mattress' to see which one he preferred, once chosen the salesman was more than helpful pointing out the various beds as I wanted a divan

We were treated with courtesy and consideration. Completion of this survey requires to know the exact time of order placement_ this is ridiculous! we know roughly when but that's all.

The assistance from Jonathan who was working at the time was amazing. Knew when to help and when to leave us to it and was very helpful when needed.

The shop assistants where very polite, made us a coffee couldn't help us enough, I wish all stores was like that.

Bedford Card machine wouldnt connect over wifi , so payment ws took by MK store

I found the bed I wanted quickly and was assisted by a member of staff as soon as I asked for assistance. My order was placed quickly and efficiently.

The person we spoke with (Jonathan) was very helpful. He guided us to the right kind of mattress and left us to try without hovering. His manner was welcoming and let us go away with information before making a purchase.
