We went in as needed to chamge our mattress, we were left for a few moments to browse and then gently approached. The Sales guy was more than helpful, and was explaining in detail anout the matteesses. He even took the time to show my boys 11 and 9 how the mattresses are puy together, showing them and getting them to test the difference. This was great and allowed ud to try further beds un-distracted yet with our children in full view. He was very helpful, allowing us to try mattress toppers aswell as pillows. We could have just slept there and then! We ordered a mattress, and the whole payment process was explained. Delivery slot arranged and additional pillows purchased too. Very impressed with the Store, the tem and the beds.

The customer service was excellent, sales person Jonathan was most helpful to all our questions and he explained everything in a friendly manner. shame there are not more like Jonathan in all services. we were happy with our product and service today and would be coming back again.

Jonathan was very friendly and spent a long time trying to help me select the most suitable mattress to meet my needs. He spent at least an hour with me and that in turn lead me to make a purchase. He even told me about his own bed and how comfortable it is. This in turn lead my aunty to make a purchase too.
