I have been looking for a bed with slanting headboard for ages as they are few and far between (this country should offer more of these as they are so much more comfortable to sit up in compared to a traditional vertical headboard). I was pleased to find one at a reasonable price, in oak finish, and on top of this it has great storage underneath the mattress. I am very short of storage space in my house, so this was a bonus and was the 'tipping point' for me to make this purchase.

The sales assistant was very helpful, wasn't too pushy. Gave you the time you needed to make a decision. Didn't feel rush at all. Was able to answer all my questions.

The store assistant (Johnathan) was very helpful and not overly persuasive like some stores I have visited. He was knowledgeable about the product and it was a pleasure having his assistance. I came away happy about my purchase and the options that were available.

Entering the store I found well coming of staff, layout of products on display, store cleanliness very comforting. A gentleman name Mark attended me. I found him very helpful and curtious. I am 72 , a bit frail and coupled with back pain I had for last two months his sincere humane treatment impressed me. Mark even helped me carrying a double memory foam mattress, and three more products to my car and loaded them form me.

Jonathan listened to understand our requirements and asked appropriate questions to determine our needs. He was also very patient with our 2 young boys who asked lots of questions.

I was approached as soon as I walked into the store by friendly Jonathan he left us to look around at our leisure which was nice and then when I was ready to place an order he was available straight away and provided us with good service and we were very grateful for all his help
