We attended the store in an effort to buy a new super king mattress, with no knowledge of the current products. We found the experience easy, informative and friendly, so much so my wife and I were able to try out and choose the bed we believe to be right for us at this time. The assistant was able to answer our questions to the best of her ability, pointing out that they are not medically qualified and comfort/taste/style is individual to each customer. The assistant also advised on accessories such as pillows to assist with alleviating shoulder/neck issues and fitted sheets appropriate for the mattress we purchased, taking the trouble to measure the mattress depth to help us buy the correct fitted sheets elsewhere as the colour range in stock was limited. We were give good clear guidance on the products available and given time to test, discuss and decide on what was best for us at our leisure with no pressure or hard sell. I could not fault the assistant in any way she was more than helpful and really listened to what me and my partner were looking for and was very open and honest in the difference between product and price and took customer service to another level. We wanted to purchase a new mattress but try different ones before we made a decision. Having already looked online we were presented with so much choice so we decide to visit Dreams in Bedford. I have to admit that our intention was probably still to purchase online as we thought prices would be a lot higher in stores (wrong!). We were welcomed by Jack who took the trouble to explain where things were and the colour coding of the products. He did not hassle us or try to "hard sell" and remained attentive when necessary but left us alone to browse and try out the beds. The cup of tea was also a great touch!
