Staff member was unobtrusive, and only made suggestions when asked. His advice was useful, and overall we achieved our objective (Which was to purchase a bed at a reasonable price).

Jonathan was very friendly and helpful. He was chatty but had a lot of knowledge, found out my needs and price range and found a suitable mattress. The only problem was dreams delivery days. I had already had to take a day off for a different delivery on Tuesday but for some unknown reason dreams only deliver Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. This was quite frustrating and has caused me to take another day off work so adding to my costs. However, this was nothing to do with the staff in the store and he managed to obtain a reduction in the delivery cost. I would ask that dreams look into this delivery policy, or be able to give a more accurate time frame with more notice than 10.30 am that day.

We found a bed we liked, at a good price and were able to order it there and then, it was all very quick and very easy.

The assistant was very helpful and showed us all the options that were available while we were making our purchase. Nothing was too much trouble for the assistant and we would highly recommend Dreams to our friends and family.
