The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful also very cheerful.

The product knowledge of the sales adviser was excellent. He was very courteous and made sure that he knew exactly what type bed/mattress we were looking for. he showed complete attention and went ahead with required mattress requirement test to make sure further. The Ottomen base was explained comprehensivly and all done the importance of warranty for the products was explained well and I felt happy to include this.

James really helped us during our visit. He was able to answer our questions. Was very friendly. We came away very happy. He also called the folk day with an update.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. The price was excellent and the over experience of shopping at Dreams was great!!

I went to the interchange retail park in Bedford. A sales person by the name of John helped me in my purchase of my new bed divan base, mattress and headboard. He was extremely helpful and professional. He proved very knowledgeable. Very helpful but not pushy !! A really nice guy.An asset to this branch of Dreams.

Sales lady very knowledgable We had a tight space to fit n the bed and ended up having to pay for luxury model ottoman however the lady helped us choose a cheaper headboard and told us about the student discount as my son was with his to buy his new bed

The store is well laid out and clean. Plenty of mattresses to try and the measuring equipment was good, to tell me the type of mattress I require ? Russell was good at his job and knew where to find the appropriate samples top try. The process of purchasing was quick and simple and very pleased to learn my new mattress will be made in the UK. Delivery due in just over three weeks and system for taking away my old bed is impressive. Thank you
