The assistant Cathryn was informed, listened to our needs and gave us clear concise information about the products that met them. The ordering procedure as quickly carried out, delivery promised in an acceptable timescale and if the delivery goes according to plan the whole experience was very good.

We were in the store for around two hours. We were provided with an excellent mug of tea by Jack who gave us his full attention as and when we required.

The assistance I received was very good, this was my first time purchasing a bed never done this before so did not know what to expect - apart from having to lay on many mattresses to try them out - I was given the right guidence to make my final decision and I have got to say I am very pleased with my purchase - thank you dreams 😊

Mark - Bedford Retail Park was extremely helpful at pointing us to right mattress for us. He allowed us enough time alone to discuss which mattress best suited us but equally was as hand pointing us to other suggestions.

Great customer service from Cathryn; knowledgeable and a friendly attitude. She understood our needs when attended to myself and my heavily pregnant partner. She took time to explain the differences between the mattresses, we were interested in, and suggested alternative options.
