We got exactly what we wanted and no hanging about. We have bought our last 2 beds in our house with you and they are brilliant.

The lady that works in the Bedford interchange store Cathryn was very friendly and extremely helpful! She did not rush us and explained everything brilliantly!

Cathryn who served us was not over bearing, she allowed us time to look around and saw when we were undecided about selecting the right type of mattress and came and offered us advice on the types available. Paying for the mattress was very easy, Cathryn was very good at her job.

Fantastic service looking forward to my new mattress being delivered on Monday and its a great idea for the 40 nights i can try my new mattress A1 service very very HAPPY

I was served by Cathryn in Bedford interchange park today, as soon as I walked into the store she greeted me and my family very nicely and offered her help, once I said I was just browsing she left me to it until she saw me looking a bit confused and she came straight over and gave her assistance. She was very helpful in understanding the best mattress for my needs and my mums needs. She was very helpful and friendly and definitely did her best to make my shopping experience as easy, friendly and enjoyable as she could. Also she pointed out the clearance items which was helpful because I didn't even think to check for bedding etc and ended up finding some really good stuff for a very good price. Overall I would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends/family and would be happy shopping there again.
