Excellent customer service from Jack at Bedfird interchange retail park branch

The salesman Jack was very professional and knowledgeable about the item we were interested in. He was highly motivated in the information he provided. He offered all assistance to my wife and myself.

When we entered we were allowed to browse without interruption, but on wanting to ask questions staff (Jonathon) was very attentive answering our questions. and giving advice regarding the best type of mattress which would be best for us. (My wife has a bad back). Having decided, he have advice on types of headrest and colours available. We were very satisfied with the attention given, even to the cup of tea offered.

With my daughter with me i wanted to buy two single beds Johnathon came over and i told him what i needed for my husband and myself. He left us to wander and try out the beds. He was very helpfull explaining evrrything to me when we sat down to do the paperwork. I came out of your shop at Bedford a very happy lady thank you Dreams and Johnathon,

The bed we order did everything we needed the member of staff (Cathryn) was very helpful. Cathryn help us chose a mattress that suits both me and my husband. She spent plenty of time with us and took her time to make sure we were happy. The bed was the most I have ever spent on a bed and I cannot wait to try it.
