Russell at Bedford was brilliant. Not pushy or forceful. Very informant. Understood our needs and requirements. Can't praise him highly enough.

I was assisted by Jonathan originally to decide which bed I needed but was unable to return to the store for several weeks later. However Jonathan not only remembered me but remembered the bed and mattress I had chosen. He was courteous and knowledgeable and spent time with me. All in all a very enjoyable shopping experience, lounging about on beds!

I was served by Matthew and he and his colleague were really friendly, really helpful, but at the same time knew to give me space to look at all the mattresses and make my own selection without hassling me. Really good experience.

The assistant cathryn was very helpful and made me my wife feel very welcome and also kept our one and half year old son entertained as he was probably get bored whilst we tried out the beds.

Jack, our sales assistant was very helpful and knowledgable about the products on sale and we didn't feel any pressure to purchase. Once Jack ran through what was available to us, he left us alone to try out the different mattresses only coming over to talk to us, if he felt there was information we needed to know about the product.

I was highly satisfied because of the fantastic and friendly colleague who assisted me today. I already had knowledge that Dreams was a good place to find high quality bed frames and mattresses, and I actually found my experience there enjoyable. Russell was highly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as I, quite literally, spent my time tossing and turning trying to pick out the mattress that would suit me best. My needs, budget and required delivery times were considered throughout, and I never felt lost during the process, especially as a first time buyer!

The salesman Jack was very knowledgeable about the products which were for sale and took time to explain the different ranges which were on display. We were advised about the different finishes to the mattresses and given assistance using different pillows to assist with our choice.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Had a good product knowledge and put on the right track to find the right bed for what we could afford.
