Jonathan was very friendly. Helped us from start to finish. Was not interested In selling us the most expensive items, but recommending products that suited us even though they were slightly cheaper than others in the store we had looked at. I think this screams decency. I was very pleased. It's horrible feeling pressured and sometimes bullied in shops. We were very happy with your staff member a true gentleman.

Information given was very comprehensive. Salesman was very helpful and always available when needed but also allowed us time to browse without feeling pressured in any way.

The staff were very friendly , answered all of my questions and were extremely helpful. I would certainly shop here again

Nothing was a problem for Jack in Bedford store. Looked after very very well.

I took my Mother to the store, she is 90, as she wanted a new mattress. We were served by a man called Jack. He was extremely kind to my mother and took time showing her all options and was very patient with her. He even offered us a tea or coffee while we were making our minds up.

Our sales assistant, Cathryn, was extremely friendly with great knowledge of all of the products. She listened to what we were after in our mattress but also understood that we were on a budget and really helped us find one without the compromise due to a lower budget. She made the experience fun and exiting and we thank her for that.

The sales assistant was extremely welcoming and patient when assisting me as I have 2 young children that interrupt. She was extremely knowledgably of the beds and listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the right product.

Friendly staff and friendly sales assistant who was very knowledgeable. Allowed us time to look at the mattresses and beds by ourselves as well as giving us assistance as needed. Not pushy. Allowed us to try the mattresses. Showed us how ottoman worked and generally helpful.
