Assistant helpful, yet not pushy, gave us time to consider , went back in two days time, whereupon she remembered us, good or bad, !!demonstrated the item, gave us chance to try ourselves, she was excellent .

Cathryn immediately came to our assistance and gave us the information we required. She took the time to listen to my husband who has a disability that affects him on a daily basis. The order was processed quickly and efficiently. Sadly her colleagues were not supportive when the phone kept ringing and she made it clear she would not be interrupting our sale to answer it! We came away from the shop very pleased with the service.

ON ENTERING THE STORE WE WERE ASKED IF YOU NEEDED ANY HELP WHEN SAYING WE WERE JUST LOOKING THE MEMBER OF STAFF SAID IF YOU ANY HELP PLEASE ASK AND WE WERE LEFT TO LOOK NOT LIKE MANY OTHER STORES WHEN YOU WANT TO LOOK AND BEING ASKED DO YOU NEED ANY HELP ON LOOKING WE WERE DOWN TO A FEW WHEN WE ASKED FOR HELP WE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN HELPED AND GIVEN GREAT ADVICE WHY CANT OTHER STORES HAVE THE SAME HIGH STANDARDS AS THIS STORE

Russell was very helpful and not pushy, the woman in Benson's was a little pushy. Russell was calm, helpful - but not pushy. We went back to him after visiting Benson for a comparison. We liked Russell.

Cathryn was a complete joy. She listened to our needs and gave us options to try. I asked loads of questions and nothing was too much, she was very patient as we were making our decision. She even stayed after closing time to complete our order, she really put us first. Great experience !!!!

We were very happy with the member of staff that served us being very friendly and professional, the explanation of products and pricing was really helpful,we although we haven't used the products yet they seem to be of a good quality. All in all a very good experience.
