Dreams - Bedford

The service was exceptional at Dreams at Bedford Interchange Retail Park. I bought 4 tempur pillows, which were most competitively priced at Dreams compared to other vendors. As I was spending a lot of money for pillows, I talked to The assistant, James, who talked me through the options. I chose the pillows I liked and enquired whether a discount could be offered as I was buying 4 pillows and it was a large outlay for pillows. James liaised with the manager who offered me 30% off the 2 store demonstrator pillows. I was very happy with this and bought the pillows. The store could not have been more helpful. They speedily completed the purchase with exceptional politeness and customer service. They also helped by taking the pillows to my car. The followed up by promptly emailing me a receipt. All round an excellent experience. Thank you Dreams.

Easy to get the product I wanted with the help of the shop assistant and the way the shop is set up

Mark helped with our quite specific requirements. At no time did he rush us to make a decision in fact quite the opposite he encouraged us to try several different beds and pillows before we made a final choice. Purchasing a bed of this cost is a very big investment for us so we really appreciated his help - Mark even went through the various financial options available for use .

I have purchased a mattress from this store before and always been very satisfied with the service. This time was no exception. Jonathan was very friendly and helpful but not pushy which is how I prefer to shop. Would definitely return in future.

In-store service from Jack was brilliant-even offered tea or coffee whilst browsing--able to test as many mattresses as we wanted before making selection-even being supplied with test pillows nearest to ours Unfortunately delivery not so good-only 2 days later but as soon as we got text with timeband then received tel call to say it would be later than stated-turned up nearly an hour after expected
