Jonathan was extremely helpful and took his time to understand our needs

Staff member was informative, efficient, helpful and pleasant.

Cathryn was brilliant. She responded to every question we had and had a great knowledge of the products in the whole store, which led us to pick the best mattress for both our needs. Not once did she have to look anything up and is very confident. She is also a very pleasant person and made the experience feel like we were with a friend rather than a pushy sales person. The whole experience was made so easy thanks to her. I would recommend to anyone that if they need a bed / mattress then they visit the Bedford interchange branch and ask to speak to Cathryn.

Given time to look for ourselves before assistance was offer. Jonathan was everything a sales person should be, know his products , understood our needs to no wasting of time. Brilliant picking up on my asthma and sold additional 2 matrices and two pillows , which we were never intending to spend... but so glad we did.

The staff are very friendly and the service we received was of high quality. We will very much recommend to friends and family.

Russell greeted us upon entering the store and was extremely helpful in assisting us to make a decision. His product knowledge was very good. He was courteous and professional and a credit to your organisation.

I was highly satisfied with dreams due to the professional assistance we received from the salesman called Russel. He had very good knowledge on all the Tempur mattresses we were looking at, and he spent a lot of time making us feel very comfortable without any typical sales patter! We will definitely go back there and recommend friends and family to the store. Everyone seemed very friendly.

A very helpful assistant and plenty of time to try out for ourselves the different mattresses in a range that we were considering. We did think however that as with John Lewis the delivery should be free.
