Cathryn was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. She was very thorough in understanding our needs and making sure we purchased the correct product.

Excellent experience

I was greeted on entry to the store. Having explained what I was looking for, Cathryn took me to the sleep match machine and explained clearly what would happen. She then took me to a selection of mattresses and I had the opportunity to sample each one. Having selected one, she then showed me a couple more to see if they could be better but I was satisfied that I had found the correct one for me. At all times, she was polite and helpful, answering any of my questions and was careful to adhere to covid guidelines. The buying process was explained in detail and she checked everything with me before completing this. The delivery date was only 3 weeks which was less than I had expected. Overall, I was impressed with the service Dreams provided and now look forward to the delivery of my new mattress

The assistant, her name is Tilly ( I remember as we remarked on the lovely name), was so very friendly and nice and so so helpful and I tried so many mattresses.

Experienced staff who knew their products

James was knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right sort of mattress for us, taking the time to ensure we bought the right product at a price we were happy to pay. We felt that we were not steered towards an expensive item but were given options to allow us to buy the right product for us.

I was going to email you tonight anyway to sing the praises of Mohammed who served us. What a lovely man. He was very attentive, he knew his product and made good eye contact and it was a pleasure to spend the money with him. He, like the sales girl who sold us our matress from your store (about two years ago -?) who also had a 'good write up from me'. Your staff are a credit to your company.

Finding a mattress was an easy process, thanks to a combination of the sleepmatch machine and the staff assistance. Mattress has not yet been delivered but I am confident in the choice we made in store.
