Dreams - Bedford

The sales adviser named Jonathan at the Bedford Interchange Retail Park was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient with knowledge of the product. My shopping experience was excellent.

Staff were polite and helpful and not pushy for a sale. We was also offered refreshments which was very nice. I was also very pleased with how fast they could deliver our new matress as I thought I may have to wait weeks.

The thing that impressed us most, was how helpful the sales assistant was, he was not pushy, we visited the store, and were undecided so said we would go and have a think about it, and returned later, after visiting other stores we also felt we were getting good value for our money.

Jonathan the sales adviser was excellent, he was available straight away and took time to understand our needs and assisted accordingly. What would have been a daunting time consuming experience turned out to be a pleasant rewarding time, Jonathan is a great asset to the Dreams Store in Bedford. He's a superb salesman and we would highly recommend the store based on our experience.

The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgable. She gave us lots of advice. She was very friendly towards us.

My visit to the store was a very pleasant experience. Cathryn answered all my questions and showed me the different beds to try to match my needs. This took sometime but I did not feel rushed with this process.
