When I walked into the store I was given a short time to look around and then offered assistance which I thought was excellent. The assistant was smart and very pleasant and most helpful and keen to help. the store was clean and spacious all together a good experience.

Staff very helpful and polite, great products and well displayed which made the visit a positve experience. Definitely number 1 for beds.

This has been our second visit to this store , we last time bought a king size bed with memory foam lovely bed but found we got too hot. So we upgraded to superking size , we told the staff also we needed a firm mattress as I have back problems now and then. We where shown different options , offered a coffee and dealt with speedily with all information explained to us. They realy are a dream team in that showroom you should be proud of them. Thank you.

Jack took the time to understand our preferences and explain how different styles of frames can impact mattresses to guide us to choosing the right combination for our needs. He answered and encouraged questions and explained coherently. He always referred back to the criteria we had asked for when presenting options to us and have us sufficient time to try frames and mattresses.

Having previously shopped at this particular store, I was confident that I would receive a satisfactory service at a competitive price. That's all a customer requires.
