Catherine served me upon my visit to Bedford brach. She was extremely knowledgeable, customer focused on understanding what is right for me and what i was looking for, highly competent in all areas with extreme customer focus. One major criticism I will make is that the store seems extremely understaffed. There was only ONE member of staff on my visit and whilst Catherine did a superb job it would have been impossible for her to have given any other potential customers the same service whilst serving myself and I was there for some time, if i had to wait, I would have gone elsewhere!

We found the staff member, Jackie, listened to our needs, responded to what we told him and took us through various options, got us pillows, encouraged to try lots of beds and also gave us space at exactly the right time. His manager, when we sat down and talked, was good fun and also listened very well to us. We couldn't have had a better shopping experience and have no hesitation in saying Hank you!

We originally looked at another supplier for the product but after visiting the Dreams store bought one of their products instead. There was a bigger range of products covering different prices and degrees of comfort and construction. In some ways too much choice and difficult to chose form the products available.

Mark the manager was very welcoming and extremely polite, and gave us both wonderful attention. We were important to him and he was very hospitable offering tea or coffee. His staff were also very helpful. While Mark the store manager made a phone call about an item on the bed his assistant Jonathan made us a drink. Everyone was most polite.

The customer assistant Cathryn was so friendly and so helpfull.

Ordered a TV bed and quite surprised how quickly you could get it to me very happy with the service from the staff they knew exactly what they where talking about and helped out when needed

Upon entering the store, we weren't instantly bothered, we were allowed to browse at our leisure. After a short period we were then ask if we were alright and if we required any assistance. We did and the sales assistant inquired to our needs, listened to us and was then able to take us to beds of our price range and needs. He explained the differences of mattress available which helped us greatly in our decision. After a while of looking at our options, I inquired if the information was also on the website or could be written down somewhere. He was happy to help and went to write down the information he had given us. At no point were we pressured into buying anything which was a great plus. We went away to think about a possible purchase, shook hands and went on our way. About 30 minutes later we returned and looked at the bed we were interested in again. The sales assistant noticed us and came to greet us. We confirmed some information with him again and agreed to buy. Overall we are extremely happy with the service we were provided. The sales assistant in question was called James at the Bedford branch and we'd like to thank him for his help that day.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable.
