Excellent customer service. We were approached as soon as we stepped into the store and made to feel welcomed by the staff, who were obviously well trained and knowledgeable to all our needs and questions. They gave us plenty of time and put us under no pressure to make decisions, even providing a beautiful cup of tea whilst we processed the order! The rapport between staff was clear to see and the general atmosphere around the store made buying our first bed a painless experience; different to what we imagined it would be like! Clear guidelines were given on policy and T&C's, without being completely overbearing.

GOOD SERVICE AND SALESMAN KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS

The staff were friendly and genuinely interested in my needs. I had been in the store a few times to choose a mattress over the past few months and each time they patiently explained things and indulged my slow decision making process. At no time was there any feeling of pressure or hard sell. Many companies could learn from their approach. I would definitely recommend this store and the staff to friends and family. I hope that this attitude is replicated across your other stores because it really works. I felt valued, significant and like a human being, all qualities needed for a great customer experience.

Nina, our sales assistant, was excellent. Informative and intelligent without being pushy.

Shop assistants seem to have a lot of experience and explain everything yiu need to know. Beds are laid out in good form in the shop so their easy to look at.

Sales person explained how to identify the product range gave us some information about the product we were looking for and then let us get on with testing the product. no presure said if we need any further help just seek him out.
