Dreams - Bedford

The sales assistant was very attentive, she let us take our time to choose the right bed for us. The Dreams shop we went to had no balloons which I was really pleased with as I have a balloon phobia, had there been balloons in the shop and they were either being blown up or played with by children/ other customers I would have left the shop and gone somewhere else to buy a bed, so shopping at this particular Dreams was a good experience for us as I could relax and not have to worry about balloons being in the shop.

Cathryn was very helpful in explaining the positives and negatives of the bed frame and the mattress that I ordered She was also very knowledgeable on the other products in the store and walk around the entire store for me as I was unsure about which bed and mattress to pick for my second purchase in a few months time.

The lady that saw to our needs was very knowledgable and understanding of our needs. She was fair in not trying to oversell the correct mattress to us but with her knowledge we went for a very comfortable mattress with her help. She offered us other products which we took but she was not pushy in her technique. Overall a pleasant experience. Very warm and friendly person too

The staff were excellent & spent time with us until we had made a decision on the purchase. Very friendly & helpful & answered all our questions immediately. Pity the kitchen was out of order (has been for some time now I believe) as they were embarrassed they couldn't make us a hot drink.

I was served by Mark and Jack who both went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed successfully and smoothly. I was given great advice and the whole process was made easier than i could have imagined! Great customer service and i would definitely recommend this store to family and friends! Thank you!

We found a mattress that met the requirements we were looking for. The assistant James was great. We were able to try out a range of products to test comfort.

I visited Dreams with my fiancé. We were unsure which mattress we needed and asked for advise which was very thorough. We were then left to try the beds. This suited us the assistants were helpful but not pushy, there when you needed them but not following you around which can be annoying. They didn't try and push us to buy the most expensive mattresses but in the end we decided on a Tempur mattress based on the comfort and information we received.
