really happy with the advise from the mark in the store.

Customer service was excellant, the member of staff was very helpfull and knew her products. Didn't feel pressured or rushed while making purchase. Delivery date was to suit and in time for Christmas. Pleased that they offer a 40 day period to test out the mattress, ensuring it's right for us. Also we had two nice cups of tea while in the store.

The sales person was very knowledgeable, he explained, went through various examples, all with good explanations, was extremely patient with us both, with our questions, sensible and some not so sensible questions, gave us time to think about our choices , never any pressure,

We only came in to the store to look but were shown a deal that worked within our budget and provided for our needs. The salesman was excellent and his knowledge of the products was brilliant.

Upon entering the store we were welcomed by Cathryn, we were then left to browse the store uninterrupted, she then came and explained the different colour coding system in the store for the mattresses and left us to continue looking. When we started to lay upon the beds she returned and asked if there was anything in particular we were looking for and answered our questions with a clearly wide knowledge of products she assisted me in finding the right mattress as I have back problems and was friendly and approchable throughout our visit. During the sale process we were offered tea or coffee and new pillows which we also purchased. again Cathryn got us to try the pillows on our new mattress and explained how to care for our new bed and pillows and clearly explained returns cancellation and 40 night trial policy to us

Approached by member of staff shortly after we entered the store and after telling her what we were looking for (firm deep mattress) showed us several, explaining the suitability of each in terms of what we were looking for. On making our choice we were offered the choice of having our old mattress taken away and a choice of delivery dates before making payment.

I was aware of what to look for and assistance in the store was very useful.
